Plant Highlights

This sycamore takes wind and heat but isn't drought tolerant until it is established. The chips of bark from the trunk and roots can be boiled for coffee. Both hummingbirds and butterflies use this plant extensively. There is some fall color and the wood chips make a great mulch.
