Special Order Program

1	Customer contacts Moosa Creek (MC) and requests special order product. Customer specifies local nursery or garden center (My Store)and confirms quantity and price.

2	MC sends email confirmation to Customer and local nursery or garden center with plant selection, price, quantity and expected delivery date

3	MC delivers the order on the next truck to local nursery or garden center and provides paperwork that includes customer contact information.

4	Local nursery or garden center contacts customer and makes arrangement for plants to be picked up.

5	Upon delivery local nursery or garden center bills customer for plants delivered

2	Local nursery or garden center contacts MC and requests special order

3	MC sends email confirmation to local nursery or garden center with price quantity and expected delivery date

4	MC delivers the order on the next truck to local nursery or garden center

5	Local nursery or garden center contacts customer and makes arrangement for plants to be picked up.

6	Upon delivery, local nursery or garden center bills customer for plants delivered.
