Plant Highlights

This small but attractive tree has gorgeous red stems that are offset by creamy white flowers that appear in the spring. Autumn foliage produces a variety of colors; bright red, yellow, orange, plum or even pink. The birds love this tree especially when there is fruit on the Dogwood. It grows best with afternoon shade and along the edge of a real or artificial stream bed.it will also thrive at the edge of a lawn where it will benefit from the extra irrigation. Prune to control size and shape and renew the stem color.
