Plant Highlights

The Olney's bulrush is a waterloving, pond and stream edge grass, known for its easy adaptablility to the soil and natural erosion and biofiltration benefits. This garss is tall, upright, and grows in a spreading pattern, makingit a good mulch or compost source. The flowers are round, hotdog-like tails that are brown with seeds that have a soft bristly seeds in the summer. They are commonly found in Marshes or stream side locations.
